A túrót villával összetörjük, hozzáadjuk a tojást, kókuszolajat, zabpehelylisztet, sütőport, sót, összegyúrjuk, és fél órára hűtőbe tesszük. Ezután kinyújtjuk, felvágjuk. Sütőpapíros tepsire rakosgatjuk, megkenjük tojással, megszórjuk reszelt sajttal és 200 fokon kb. 35 percig sütjük.
