Tésztához:
- 100 gr zabliszt
- 100 gr teljes kiőrlésű liszt
- 1 tojás
- 2 evőkanál édesítő (én eritritol-stevia keveréket használtam)
- 100 gr vaj (laktózmentes)
- 1 csomag sütőpor
Töltelékhez:
- 8 db kisebb alma
- sok fahéj
- 2 evőkanál édesítő
A tésztát összegyúrjuk, 2 részre osztjuk. Az egyik felét, kivajazott-lisztezett tepsire simítjuk, majd a tölteléket ráhalmozzuk (az összekevert édesítős, fahéjas felkockázott alma darabokat) és a tészta másik felét is rásimítjuk a töltelékre. Villával megszúrjuk a tetejét, meghinthetjük egy kis vaniliás-édesítővel és előmelegített sütőben 40 percig sütjük 190-200 fokon.
